Reward activity

How rewards work

Eligible rides earn pending rewards at the rate in effect when you book. After payment and approval by Fleetz, that credit becomes available.

Choose how much available credit to use when reviewing your next ride. It’s reserved when you request the ride, applied when accepted, and returned if the request is declined.

Tips don’t earn rewards. A booking that uses credit does not earn new rewards. The app and website share the same balance.
